If it's true that the evolution of the platforms (Twitter, FB, etc) and their design choices over the years tended towards algorithms and things that favoured conflict and argument and polarisation, what could Nostr do on a design level to encourage the opposite? Is it possible to hard code being a bit nicer to each other and more constructive?
