Oh no a sugar high? 😲 🤦 😬
If you want to feel better fast drink lots of water and exercise-walk, run, do jumping jacks, anything.
(I am diabetic so though I never touch sugar anymore I know the tricks to reduce glucose quickly)
It's crazy that the sugary /fatty/salty over processed junk is cheaper. All the steps taken to process it should make it more expensive IMO.
