I've avoided most of NuTrek. Saw the first couple episodes of ST:D back when it was the first of the NuTrek schlock came out. Only other thing I saw was Lower Decks which is watchable if you think of it as a cheap parody rather than cannon, which it apparently is.
Honestly, The Orville was a better Trek series than all of the official NuTrek shows. At least MacFarlane (who I usually detest) and the other creators seemed to honestly respect the show they were parodying, unlike all the NuTrek stuff which is nothing more than woke crap wearing the gutted skinsuit of once great franchise.
