So these cookies are likely to be a disaster. I sort of think it's a toss up between coconut flour is a lot dryer than wheat flour and I mis-measured something. But the dough is weirdly crumbly.

Feel free to commiserate with your own cooking/baking disasters from this weekend. I'm being lazy and did a 1:1 swap with coconut flour into my usual lowest sugar cookie recipe and will almost certainly regret having to eat the results for the next month of lunches.
