The hardest thing for someone like me who believed the “back when America was honest and great” thing for so long, was really digging into history and facing the reality that this narrative is utter BS. Like ALL nations, America has struggled between the will of the good, and the will of the evil since the beginning. The thing that sets America apart are the ideals by which she was founded. I believe in these even more now. But the reality is, we have fallen far short of them often.
I don’t want to “Make America Great Again”. I want to try to reach the goals we set on hemp paper all those years ago.
