Amazingly, the best answer I've heard to that question ("What did #Harris do wrong?") came from Frank Lutz this morning.
"It came down to messaging. Democrats were great at telling why you *shouldn't* vote for T****, but not why you SHOULD vote for her. He might have failed to build his Wall™, but it was a simple message. While #Democrats were giving nuanced messages about Sanctuary Cities, "Build a Wall" told them "He's on my side. He actually wants to DO something." 😞
