What I usually do is to go to a random video and take screenshots of whatever frames catches my eye, afterwards I go back to my screenshot folder and focus on the one screenshot that I like the most just so I can make an interpretation of what I imagine, I ask myself how would X character react in that situation?
When you get more experience you can go wild with this.
