After much procrastinating, involving doing lots of little jobs in the house and inspecting the garden and greenhouse, commenting on the weather with Mr and Mrs Barky Dog's MIL briefly, making lunch then a cup of tea, handwriting two short letters I'm nearly ready to prep LOTS of apples. Many have of course already rotted beyond use and I feel guilty about that but am trying not to...they'll go on the compost, generate fruit flies and feed my garden spiders. #Autumn
