So the word "techbro" has definitely become a "thought-terminating cliche" in some circles. If it ever had coherent meaning, it's damn sure gone now.

There's a pretty broad swath of people using the phrase "techbro" to broadly mean "anyone in technology solving any problem differently than you would solve it".

It's kinda like how the right uses "woke".
