US liberals spent two decades buying into the reputation laundering about the Arab Spring being the "Twitter revolution" (which was obviously bollox to anyone involved in Occupy). Now that it's become impossible to believe that, they're are recycling ideas developed by actual cyberlibertarians, critiquing the military-surveillance complex.
But instead of accepting that they should have listened to us, they're presenting these ideas as novel, and reversing them back on us.
