While I agree with this point in present terms, it is also unrealistic to suppose that everyone would adopt a carnivore diet right now. Therefore, there is time to improve meat output, and as more people start demanding and consuming more meat, supply will follow (supposing there's a free market with little or no government interference). Additionally, I'm guessing you're a bitcoiner, so an increase in purchasing power over time combined with a greater supply of meat will lead to more affordable meat.
Anyhow, the current way our food production functions is unsustainable, with monocrop agriculture and industrial cattle methods destroying topsoil and causing desertification. The solution is most likely a combination of regenerative ranching and agriculture, which can substantially increase the amount of meat produced per hectare.
Also, consider that it is estimated that about 60% of the Earth's land surface is not suitable for crop production but can be used for grazing livestock. A single cow could feed a person for a year or more. I recommend looking up regenerative ranching so you can see I'm not just spouting nonsense. There's a free documentary on YouTube called "Sacred Cow" that I highly recommend. Additionally, here's a podcast featuring Dr. Baker and Alejandro Carrillo, a regenerative rancher who lives in my area. I plan on having him on the podcast eventually.
Finally, as an ancap, I don't have a magical centralized solution that will "guarantee" success. All I know is that our current food production processes are unsustainable for the planet in the long term, and there are solutions that can benefit the health of humanity and our planet.
