These guys didn't "win" the optics war, the other side just went off to greener pastures, like actually putting their money where their mouths are, making families, and then logging off.
There are almost too many "wignat" personalities/Telegram channels that I can think of that went inactive for a bit, came back with a "hey I have a wife and kids now, I'm nuking this channel bye" messages for me to even remember, groypers on the other hand? I can think of one or two who even got married.
