Can Congress overcome the #SCOTUS #Chevron decision by continuing to write broad laws but with stipulations that agency xyz is ordered by law to determine specific limitations on [whatever it is] through published standards and regulations? Would SCOTUS and other courts just flagrantly ignore that if it was a stated requirement of the law?
