Aren't you dropping the primary principle of voluntaryism/agorism against initiation of force? Are you including that protection agencies and such have to compete instead of a monopoly and that if bad actors take over they lose paying customers fast and bounties go out to take them down? I think that is much more self-correcting that a single legalized monopoly called the State and a society that sanctions initiation of force if done by the State.

So the real question I have is how we create such totally private and of necessity at this state pseudonymous insurance companies, DROs and protection agencies.
