Couple interesting things here: in the US, the growth in college attendance has come to a dead stop;
It'll be really interesting to see what happens in the culture, when it is far more common for women to be educated. Does it become masculine to be ignorant? Do men end up in blue-collar, manual-ish labor, with women doing the information work? Do we develop a cultural stereotype of men as oafish and crude?
