Gonna use the XBox Series S/X controller as my test case while setting it up, as I imagine a bunch of players are using that. Once the system's in place, though, it should be easy enough to just start plugging in definitions and icons for a bunch of controllers
Still on the fence about what I should do if the controller's not recognized, though. Should I default to Xbox icons, or write it out ("Axis 6 negative", "Button 4", etc)?
Giana Sisters 2D does the latter, and while it isn't pretty, it's unambiguous, and I like that
