There are. On the relay side i wrote noteguard for content filtering:
https://github.com/damus-io/noteguardBut relays that censor things aren’t effective on nostr by design, so you need support on the client side for detecting this stuff *at the moment* a user is about to view it. I think it can be done and it’s something we’re gonna do in damus ios/android/notedeck.
