So now analogize that to the peer review process: What if a paper cites more women or nonbinary scholars than men? What if it brings in interventions from Black or Indigenous scholars? And what if the vast majority of peer reviewers, all of whom having been trained in the same disciplinarity— have an implicit predisposition (prejudice) against Those Kinds Of Things™?
