Governments get money from taxes or printing (taxes), using that money to buy bitcoin is in effect culling no coiners to feed bitcoiners.

I don't think that's positive, just privilege. Make governments trade real value for Bitcoin (time, real estate, energy) rather than counterfeit value like fiat and gold.
