Yeah worse than cigarettes imo because you can just vape anywhere, anytime. I didn’t even notice I was doing it sometimes.
I started putting it in a closet so I had to make a conscious effort to hit it.
From there I noticed how little I actually ‘needed’ it, so all I had to do was resist those few times a day.
