Digging around in the stacks for my 1776 exhibition I found a 19th century scrapbook that is only cataloged as "Satirical prints relating to the Revolution," which contains an absolutely spectacular and rare engraving of a British tax official being tarred and feathered by Boston colonists, while one urinates into a teapot.
