"content": "So who will be the D Pres and VP candidates? This is entirely a political (not legal) question at this point, and largely in the hands of the delegates. Since Biden's delegates were selected by the Biden campaign, I would assume they will give considerable weight to Biden's endorsement (Harris), but they aren't *required* to do so, by either law or party rules. (I'm not sure if Biden has specifically asked his delegates to vote for Harris, or if he just made a general endorsement of her.)",
