Man, I have tried so many workout splits now but I keep coming back to my old Push/Pull/Legs/Core split. I have yet to find anything that hits everything so well in such a balanced amount.

My only problem with it is that Pull is a bit exercise heavy due to including biceps and forearms. But I'm not sure there's a good way to solve that. I tried splitting Arms off into its own day, but that just reduced muscle workout frequency too much (and Push without triceps is way too light).

So then I tried dividing Core up between Push, Pull, and Legs, in order to fit in the Arms day... But same problem, Arms was too light and the others were too heavy.

Like I said, I'm not sure there's a better option. I refuse to program around working out twice a day, because I know I won't do that reliably.
