you are lucky to discover this in your thirties. While I had been in various stages of therapy throughout my life, it didn’t really start crashing down until my mid-forties. It’s helpful to stop self medicating to deal with your repressed emotions which everyone seems to glorify for some reason. And people wonder why so much violence in the world.
