Dunkag (nprofile…y47p) yeah, absolutely. To be fair to the Ally, it launched before the Steam Deck OLED. The OLED is also more expensive, at least for me here.
Checking here, a regular Steam Deck 512GB would cost about 1,5 times what I paid for this Ally, and the OLED 512GB would cost more than double the price.
Of course, if I was going to buy it new, probably the OLED would be the better option, as the Ally price would be very comparable to it.

Windows is both a curse and a blessing. It sucks and all, but on the other hand everything just works out of the box, and every game is directly compatible because everyone targets Windows when developing.

I think Win 11 Enterprise IoT can work. There is nothing special that the regular version of Windows has and IoT doesn't that is necessary. Stuff like the Xbox recording or whatever are actually an hindrance, so it's better to have a system that has no traces of it.
I didn't install it because I just wanted to check it out after it arrived today, so i just went with the system that comes out of the recovery. If I have some free time on the weekend I may try installing it.
