Yes. Some will be bots. Jack has a follower count of 200k+, so it is easy to very his npub against all the fake Jack npubs. I have certain ones, like Hidden Mind, for instance, who follow me every day. They use the same name/handle but spin up new npubs. Unfortunately, the best way is to verify their follower count and become familiar with scam bots and impersonator npubs. I used to @ the fake adam3us (npub1qg8…24kw) (or at least tag him) until I learned that @adam$us was not the actual Adam Back, creator of Blockstream.
