c) if Gen-Z are more likely to be off sick, it may well be that they have higher incidence of ill health (esp mental ill health) than those of us a generation or two older.
I absolutely bet they get less protection and support in the workplace than higher-ranking, more established, less precariously employed, more strongly unionised older workers.
