But, the one does not have to exclude the other. The EU can have both some regulation, and and more jobs.
As it is now, it seems to me the EU only wants regulation, and no jobs.
After all, jobs is often valued on the left, so I am very surprised that the EU, being a leftist project, does not lighten the regulatory burden in order to improve the nr of jobs in the EU.
