Mainly accessibility and also lack of customization in general: fonts, colors, contrast. I also miss a better keyboard interaction, using the mouse or touch-pad so much is painful for my hands (arthritis). Also the "like" feature instead of the LN tipping one seems a bit sad to me, kind of BirdSite-like sad (LOL). But I have to admit, it's impressively fast and responsive.
