I think having some sort of import/export of blocked pubkeys would be great but I dont think our personal blocklists should be public by default (not sure if that is what you meant).
Using blocklists of 'trusted friends' could massively improve the user experience, without having to block unwanted nostrians ourselfs first. CAREFUL: There should never be such thing as a 'default' blocklist. This must be an explicit user choice! (And stay this wayy)
