After not having any car accidents for decades, in the past year and a half we’ve had:
* two complete losses after no-fault wipe-outs (road conditions)
* a car completely destroyed by last winter’s rains
* a pothole on 17 that took out the tire and wheel
* a side-swipe of our parked vehicle

And now
* a hit and run at In n Out.

I am extremely grateful no one has been hurt in any of these.

Our insurance is going through the roof.

I hate owning cars.
