I think lot of people don't realize how much rent they are paying .. typically in the range of 30 to 40 percent .. and at times , it appears changing the location is hard - business ..kids schools .. friends etc .. but invariably finding a cheaper location opens up new opportunities..
as a rule , one should not pay more than 10 % of their earning for rent or mortgage .. if they are doing , there is something wrong .. must move to a cheaper place .. with in the state or outside.. within the country or outside ..
