Trying to lose 10lbs for the first time in 7 years and I get why ozempic would be appealing to the average normgroid especially women.
Having to dial back calories to almost 1500 I can't really eat ice cream and have 2-3 meals.
It's worse for women.
I met a woman who would eat 8-900 calories a day to lose 1/lb a week.
Really miss being in the gym.
I could eat like a normal male almost 2100 calories a day.
