Well, I'm not a web tech pro, but from my understanding:
1. Account transfer to another Mastodon server is pain in the ass.
Servers can block other servers, and the server users have no control over it.
Some servers are managed by enthusiasts who can suddenly decide to shut down their server for reasons like no time and/or no money or just because.
2. I don't see how Bluesky is decentralized now. Maybe it will be someday, but considering how governments like to block random stuff, the default instance bsky.social can be suddenly blocked as well. You can also get bamboozled from the Bluesky side.
Since Bluesky mostly uses its servers, it needs money to run them. It's still not clear how exactly it will get revenue.
I might be wrong about something here, feel free to correct me.
