I made the BEST General Tso’s last night. Thank you to whatever recipe I read that suggested breaking tofu into irregular chunks rather than cutting it in neat squares! It has made such a difference in both flavor and texture. My 8 yr old decided he wanted something else for dinner so I was able to up the spiciness and oh my goodness it was SO GOOD. #Vegan #Food
