I don't usually write about technology, but since this is a hot topic I thought to share it.
Cloudflare has added an automated way to block AI bots and crawlers: https://blog.cloudflare.com/declaring-your-aindependence-block-ai-bots-scrapers-and-crawlers-with-a-single-click
These crawlers basically vacuum up the content of websites, including images, to train AI models without authors permission.
Since I host my websites via Cloudflare, it was a no-brainer to enable it and I urge everybody to do the same.
