My stupid mind would sometimes wake me up from false thoughts like my mind would say "Hey, there's an earthquake going on!" even tho it's not real

Maybe it's from my past trauma back when I was high school first semester, there was this huge and frequent earthquake happening that literally gives the whole province a trauma. It happen so frequently it enough to put the entire school a whole one semester off
