Businesses should be defined as authoritarian. They invest far too much power in a single figurehead without any say in policies from those affected. We, as workers, are more intimately affected by bosses who can control rather we eat, have a home, what work we do, where we do it, and how we do it.
Without decentralising power in the workplace, we are living in fiefdoms of capital.
