Good morning!
I wasn't expecting to go out for my early-morning walk today. We had only a little bit of snow yesterday, just a coating, but enough to make the roads and paths icy. The real temperature was 26F (-3C), which I can handle, but the windchill was supposed to be 16F (-9C).
But I decided to step outside and see for myself. It turns out the HOA had salted all the roads and paths overnight, even the path down to the pond. There was hardly any wind. So I walked as usual.
Now on to day two of proofreading the new Cordwainer book. And doing laundry. Ah, the exciting life of a writer!
