I have a cup of coffee in the morning & that's it for caffeine.
first meal: oatmeal, usually with maple syrup, sometimes a banana
I try to get 45 minutes of walking in every day. Faster walking if I am by myself, slower if I'm with my friend and her pokey dog
Dinner usually some sort of home made applesauce and assorted not-great-but-simple choices (pasta, curry-over-rice, simple mac/cheese, garden burger, occ. chicken nuggets). I eat out rarely. I don't drink.
