If I recall correctly Ross's bitcoin was sold about a year after his arrest, in 5 auctions of 30k bitcoin - Tim Draper bought two lots at around 600 USD/BTC (got a lot of laughs for it since the market price was below that I think). The SBR is made out of bitfinex hack but noone seems to care...
But since Ross was fully pardoned (means not guilty) they should give him back all the seized assets back - but I can't see that happening.
