Nah, we do the whole thing. Floors, carpet, cabinets, toilets, ect.

If we get this one we will end up re cutting out all the patches, sheet rock, and mud it, tear everything out, spray it from floor to ceiling with smell blocking primer, paint it, install floors, new cabinets, and get it ready to be rented again.

im not looking forward to that toilet though. Gonna need some thick rubber gloves to pick that thing up. lmao
