Ugh woke up with a headache. Let's see if it'll go away before work. If I move my head back and forth, the headache sloshes around in my skull. And my ears are ringing a lot.

Yesterday I successfully led a presentation to a very high level person. But it really drained my energy. During the presentation, my head felt quite hot and I was flushed. But my brain did work enough.
