Of course the fucking government is bad. But it can also be less bad. People like Jack went right along with the government when it was at its worst with the Twitter censorship.
Beyond that, some people are so jaded they give up their political leverage just to stoke their nihilistic ego. Or maybe the negative engagement farming is more profitable for them and their VC schemes
