nprofile1qy2hwumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnddaehgu3wwp6kyqpqwa0rqtnmc46ju9wvkdp3hwdqqenmtw7a58vjg2696tv9lfaw4jzsx2tzlf (nprofile…tzlf) we don't have a super well organised "cookbook shelf", in fact right now we have 2 shelves, one bedside, at least one stack, a scattering around the house, and unfortunately 2 or 3 boxes in storage.
On the shelf in the room I'm in third from the right is The Noma Guide to Fermentation, which is a bit hoity-toity really. (And has been read, but hasn't seen heavy "use".) So for good measure I'm throwing in the third from the left too... which is almost like the complete opposite and a tad of a throwback! Good old Two Fat Ladies, very much "of its time"... was fun TV, watched when I was younger and before I moved to the UK, so did somewhat lead my early exploration into British cuisine. But this is a bit of an odd "TV book" and also hasn't seen much action. Picked up second hand at a charity shop for a couple of quid I think, more of a "nostalgia item".
