I went to a Quest Diagnostics today for a test. You have to sign in on a kiosk. After a QR code scan to verify your appointment it says it's going to scan and store your driver's license. Under that text there's a button for "I refuse," which I of course selected. And it had no effect on my service. I wonder how many people just obey in advance when they don't have to.
In a time of continuous breaches, provide businesses with as little information as possible. Fake when possible. #privacy
