I am directly refuting it. Code is speech. Finished. Can't you see this is a government sponsored campaign to garner public support to frame it this way. They no they have already lost in court. This 1st amendment. You still will not answer the question. What will happen to the decentralisation of Bitcoin when only the government or selected contractors can mine it?
