Another useful Ken Opalo post around #degrowth. Rightly, he does not want to see it applied to Africa. In practice, though, I disagree with his idea that development policy should get away from "decarbonization straightjackets". Rather, I dream of multilateral policies as enabling (and financing) developing countries to leapfrog into full solarpunk, needs-based economies.
