Thanks! I'm gonna dig into it this weekend. I've got a few different samples of some green coffee bean. I think it's gonna work great. I've been reading about profiles and first and second cracks. I hope it doesn't smell TOO bad at the beginning while drying as I hope I can keep it in our basement to do it. I'll try it and see. Otherwise I'll take it out to the shed and roast it there. I'm finishing up my outdoor camp cook area really soon so I want to also try it just in a cast iron pan on my swing grill. Who knows if i get good at it and enjoy it, maybe I can sell some at my flea market booth some day lol.
