Where 😂 🎉 we get into trouble is when we 💯 start replacing meat, eggs 😀 💯 & 👍 dairy 😂 with 👍 🌈 legumes for 💯 long 🔥 💯 periods of time. They are not 💯 💯 very good 🌈 for you.
